We promise that every plant will come in good condition, rain or shine, or we'll send you a new one.
Before sending out any plants, we make sure that they are in healthy condition and carefully pack them. Damages can happen, though, particularly if the shipping company handles the package too roughly.
If this happens, just share a picture with us through email, along with the order number, and our customer support team will make sure that everything is rectified immediately.
