Shipping policy

Customers are charged the item cost plus the shipping charges (based on weight). Our shipping costs are a pass through, and the charges are based on the product weight total. Your order will be packed and shipped out within 1-4 business days upon receipt. Shipping times vary nationwide, but with our bi-coastal greenhouse distribution centers we normally keep shipping transit times between 2-4 business days. Backordered items may sometimes take longer to ship.
