  • HOW IT WORKS

    Once you have found the plants or items that you want to purchase, place the order directly through this website. There are no order minimums. Order exactly what you desire and we will ship it directly to your door. Our Packaging allows us to ship plants ranging from two inches to five feet.

    Customers are charged the item cost plus the shipping charges (based on weight).

    Shipping:  Our shipping costs are a pass through, and the charges are based on the product weight total. There is no "mark-up" on shipping costs on our end to help keep the prices as low as possible for you.

    To save money on orders, please sign up for the Plant Productivity monthly membership. We offer the membership in three ways: monthly, half-year (6-months), and annual (full-year).

  • HOW LONG DO ORDERS TAKE TO ARRIVE?

    Your order will be packed and shipped out within 1-4 business days upon receipt. 

    Shipping times vary nationwide, but with our bi-coastal greenhouse distribution centers we normally keep shipping transit times between 2-4 business days. Backordered items may sometimes take longer.

    We promise that every plant will come in good condition, rain or shine, or we'll send you a new one.

    Before sending out any plants, we make sure that they are in healthy condition and carefully pack them. Damages can happen, though, particularly if the shipping company handles the package too roughly.

    If you have an active monthly membership, and you receive any damaged plant through the mail, then share a picture with us through email, along with the receipt, and our customer support team will send you a new one right away.
